webcam!!!

Hello people! i need some help! i recently got a webcam! it works and i can do live vid etc, but! i dont have a prog or software for it so i can capture pics with it :(, Does anyone know of a prog i can use to do this? maybe a free dl site to? (Or just a prog name, ill dl it from a torrent)

If you have windows XP you can use Windows Movie Maker, just go to start, all programs, and it should be in there somewhere.

Yeah, i got that, BUT, only lets me capture videos, not picturs =X

Why not just press the print screen button, then open up paint or something and paste, and then crop everything down to create your picture.

Thats a good idea, and.. i have been doing that for quite some time, But, The only screen i can print the picture from is when i am testing my cam within aol IM audio vidio test, if i try to do it while its in video mode somewhere else, it will come out as a black screen when its put into paint. (and the aol screen is very small picture, about as big as an IM box is, wich sucks.
