depends what you do with it. If it is a game on BYOND, that people can acctually play ... then no not a comercial.

If it is a hub entry that is hosting, but is just another sucky chat game (that is used just so ppl find the hub and read what u have to say) then yea

If u have a company name everywere, and want ppl to support u then yes

If it is a flash game or BYOND game (or somtin) and it has a logo at the begining, then it is advertising ... but mainly just telling who you r soooooo no

Anything else i missed ??
