Permission To Advertise BYOND

well, the title is the best way i could put it. I will be writing about how good BYOND is, and helping new coders. I will also add u to my "associats". Its a list of cool sites ... not really associats.
I will so all this on my new web page (not yet uploaded) on http://www.PMCO-PurpleMonkey.com

I figured it would be safest to ask permission ... so is it ok?

If this is just a personal homepage, I don't think they'd mind at all. They'd probably want to get all the changes released before getting slashdotted or anything like that, but this isn't big like that.

But I'm nobody official, this is just my guess, so don't take my word for it.

Don't call a list of cool sites your 'associates'. It's misleading!

yeah you could do it. but one thing make sure you make it on your site so it gives the idea of byond being third-party from your program. No one should think you made it or that byond is accossiated with you.

I would say no to adding BYOND as an 'associate'; As mentioned, that is misleading. Under a cool links section though, I doubt anyone would mind.

ok, so just to summ it up ... i can do it, as long as i dont call them "associates" and i make sure it is known that they dont work with me???

and also ... r any of u mods / GMs / ect so i have some real proof that some1 important said yes?

kunark said yes thats proof :D but so far no one important said that but trust me you can just call them "cool links" or "links" and no one will mind

"Friends" is too similar to "associates". I'd go with "cool links" or just "links".
