Now I made a game and someone used my game's name without persmission (the game is copyrighted) how do i deal with him ?
Depends on many factors such as:
- Did you registered/trade marked/etc the name beforehand?
- Do you have proof it was your in the first place?
- Can you afford a lawyer?

First of all yes I had copy rights second of all you can tell its mine because of the date on the hub. But I changed the hub so the date won't be enough proof and why on earth do I need to affod a lawer.
If a game happens to share the same name, unless it is very distinctive to your original creation, there probably isn't much you can do. (For example, if you make a game called "War" and I also have a game called "War".) Likewise, if you both make a game based on someone else's IP (like say, Charmed), neither of you will have standing to impede the other as you both created derivative works and neither hold the rights to Charmed.

Now, if the name is distinctive (James' Fantasy Roleplaying in the Mythical World of Far Egroovia) or somehow related to a protectable item (IE say I created the Snorks and someone else tried to make a Snorks game/cartoon/etc.) it is a different matter.

Moral of the story: Original is better!
Alright, so someone used something you copyrighted. If it's an unofficial copyright (not anywhere on paper and you never paid for it) you have no grounds to stand on and lose by default. If you do have an official paper/cd/disk laying around with the official information for your official copyright expect to pay a lot of money (I heard +$xxxx (yes, 4 numbers) just to have some people talk to the guy if he lives abroad and is a minor) to be able to act.

Aww. You don't have any money? Your copyright isn't official? Too bad. You must be a big company before you can sue.
What, you think it's unfair? Well, it is!

Pssht. The Snorks are *so* a ripoff of the Smurfs. You just changed their colour. :P

That's not true at all. The only issue is really proof of a valid claim. In some venues that's provable, others not.

As for it being on the hub, it pretty much falls under our rip policy.

But no one ever plays the rip of my game so wat I should ignore it and wait for him to shut it down.

You have a few derivative works of your own there...

Perhaps you could consider it flattery that they've chosen to make a game like your own (or at least named the same). They haven't stolen anything important so there. Its not like he 't3h hax0red' your computer, and in such as case there would be more to it than that. It's just not worth it to complain about something so minor, petty really.

How can it be flattery I hate that guy to the core he used to host my game after I fired him he made a rip of my game as revenge. BUMP
In response to Miran94
Try not giving your host your source code, then. :P

How can I get my stuff copyrighted?

As soon as you've created it, it's copyrighted. You have to register it before you can try for monetary repayment, though (not the right term, I know <_<).

If you don't like BYOND, fine. But don't call it that (not saying what that is because, I believe, it's not one of the words allowed on the forums).
