The most important thing is details. As Popisfizzy pointed out, never ask a question without fully explaining yourself. Without having read your reply, I might've thought you were new at using a computer, or possibly new at using a web browser (in which case I would point you to http://www.getfirefox.com).

As far as developing games here, it's pretty straightforward: Learn, experiment, learn, learn....baby steps, baby steps, black triangle, baby steps.
