Any idea how to make an online radio?

You can use shoutcast (http://www.shoutcast.com) its a plugin for Winamp. Not sure of all the details, I just know a few people that have a server and made a standalone program that streams their broadcast.

Method 1 works well if streaming audio to only a few clients using your home broadband connection.

Method 2 works well if streaming to many clients using your home broadband connection. (Your PC streams to the server, and the server streams it to everyone else, lessening your load considerably)
