Just out of curiosity, when will he be unbanned from BYOND? I mean, he's still got a bit of membership time left. Also, while he is banned, does his membership day-count go down?
He's sent three support requests and none have been answered.

Preferably he stays banned, along with Jeffrey S. They're both idiots that barely contributed to the community, and did little more than troll. They don't deserve to be unbanned.

I would imagine that his membership wouldn't be suspended. I doubt anyone thought about banned users while implementing the countdown system. I doubt there's any legal responsibility as he's broken the ToS of his BYOND Membership anyway.

Thirded! I havent been paying that much attention and hadnt realized they were banned, but thank god that they are. They were both rather annoying asses who its about time they were taken care of.
