BYOND on Encyclopedia Dramatica

Well, apparently BYOND and the recent spamming have made Encyclopedia Dramatica ((I got bored and googled BYOND)), and my name is at the very bottom of the page, right under Lummox's. I don't know how I should feel about that <_< But hey, only time my name will ever be associated at the same time as Lummox's, so I'm screenshotting, lol.

I really wouldn't mind a BYOND article on ED. But the main point in ED is to take the piss out of it and be FUNNY. Seriously, that's one of the least funny articles I've ever read, things could have been phrased to at least give SOME form of humour rather than "I GOT BANNED FROM BYOND SO I HATE THEM ALL >:("

Yeah, it really is a pisspoor page, at least in humor value. We should spruce it up a bit. I mean come on, it's the Encyclopedia Dramatica, let's add some drama!

ah... so this is where the BYOND trolls go to when then cr 'waaaa - BYOND was mean to me after i did stupid things to the community and/or in the forums. so now i will go 'emo' and vent on a little-known, badly done parody of wikipedia!'

with any luck the recent spate of Storm Worms/botnets that use Tor to distribute themselves will pay them a visit. oh, and by-the-way- Tor is not as anonymous or secure as you are led to believe:

it's also old news of how a researcher recently set up a few Tor nodes to 'eavesdrop' on those using the service. he apparently got email addresses and other info (passwords, account data, etc).

Meh, could be so much more.

Hell.. I don't even know if they did anything good.

Wasn't DW crying about being banned? It's amazing how much time they're putting into attacking byond.

Yeah, what I'm seeing is "Stop calling me a troll or I'll troll you with 4Chan and Encylopedia Dramatica!"

And I'm counting the use of 'lulz' at least 7 times, ignoring a duplicate appearance with a title. It's remarkable how much effort he seemed to put into the article while making it look like he didn't try at all.

This is quite the pie in the face for me, since I was hoping beyond hope that whenever he said he would stop trolling, he was telling the truth. :/

ED is generally pretty funny most of the time. Don't base opinions on the BYOND article, because DW wrote it, and we all know how funny he is.

Most of the ED articles I've read about individual people are funny. Most of the ED articles I've read about communities, though, are not.
