A game is using the icon you made, and they have no right/permission. What can be done?

It would cost way to much to enact a lawsuit and would be bothersome. Just spread the word that someone stole your icon and live with it.

Any icon can be stolen anyways, by a simple print-screen keystroke.

Alright, I see. Well, they agreed to remove it from their game, and it wasn't ripped, but stolen.

I'm not kidding. There's really nothing you can do about it except maybe contact the host and have them stop hosting it. If the host doesn't care, or they are the host, you're screwed, especially if you can't prove that its yours to begin with. The best thing you can do is get over it. Its not hurting you any for someone else to use your work. Rather, consider it a compliment that someone wants to use it.
