Window Buttons (4.0 Skin)

How would I go about creating the Minimize, Maximize and close buttons on a 4.0 skin? Are ther commands for it already or is there something I would have to code in?

Im sure TheNakedNinja used this on his skin for FOL, although Im not sure how. I too would like to know how this would be done.

I thought that too, so far I havn't seen it used anywhere or described anywhere.

Anyone got any suggestions?
