Random Chance of Having a Verb When U become a Hollow

As the topic states i was wondering how to give people of a chance of getting a special verb when they become a hollow this in turn will grant them the chance to Evolve Past their Menos Grand Form and Become a Adjutas and Vastro Lord the way i have it set up now anyone can become one of those 2 classes as long as they are a Hollow but thats not the way its supposed to be so any info u could have on how to do this would be a great help

Kaioken	Aside from being badly described and expressed, even if you get it done properly, this is a very bad idea. So, random players will be granted with the ability to get stronger, while the unlucky ones will just remain weak and without any option. In other words, they'll be, so to speak, "****ed up".

Thats not really true because the Menos can still become a Arrnacher so they still have the ability to grow and become stronger
