Go to your account and you should have file space that came with your membership. You can upload your game there. Then in the hub entry for your game, you should have an option to use the member files, and should be able to select the hosting package for your game you just uploaded. Click save and that should do it.

No, but it makes it easier. I thought you were, but it's expired. Well, you'll need to find some free space online somewhere to upload your file. I'm not sure, off the top of my head, what's out there. But if you google "free file hosting" or something, you should find some suitable place to put it. Then just copy the address for your files you put online in the hub entry for the download, and it should work too.
