Is anyone else interested in this game? I'm downloading the demo now, though I don't expect it to be done for another 20 minutes or so (1.3 GB's big). By the sound of it, the demo is excellent, albeit a few minor problems such as the camera.
I'm definitely getting it for the Wii, which is the only console I have. Unfortunately I heard the Wii version is nothing compared to the others. :\
Isn't there a DS version?
Too bad my DS (and my Wii) was stolen.
It sounds like a fantastic game and a great tie in for the series. You are talking to a fan, who never cares if the game, story or plot is cannon or not. And in all honesty, it looks fantastic and I can't wait to play with their so called "revolutionary" physics engine.

The last Starwars was a huge let down, maybe some day in the future, we could look forward to a new movie, that tells us the story of the dark lord's secret apprentice?
Well, my demo finished downloading last night, about 1 1/2 hours after I thought it would. However, the game is awesome. I must have spent about 4 hours playing the same level over and over; most plays I discovered another combo, or secret in the level. The camera angle thing can be annoying at times, but is a very small problem. The environments are almost completely destructible (minus some stuff, like pipes, some walls etc.), and the best part about this is seeing how much you can dent the walls with storm troopers! The best part appears to be that all your force powers can be expanded on (the only upgrade you get in the demo is the ability to charge your force push), and judging by the video at the end of the demo, you can unlock combos as well (I think it's safe to say I discovered all the combos in the demo).

How you are supposed to open doors: Use force push
How I open doors: Throw stuff, preferably people, at them until they open.

I feel bad for everyone without a PS3/360, by the way, I heard the Wii version is watered down (Nintendo power gave it a 7.5) and the DS version is very stripped down (6.0). Not to mention the lack of DMM, Havok, and Euphoria (Matter system, metal bends like metal etc., insane physics, realistic AI).

Yeah I just played it last night and its awesome. My favorite part was bending this huge metal pipes out so when Tie Fighters swoop by they run into it and explode. I played it probably 2 or 3 times and I think I found out all the combos, it is cool how you can add the force to your sword. And the physics and AI are insane, like Jeff said.

Trust me, you didn't find all the combos :P. After going on some forums, I found a few more, and I played it like 5-10 times.

Amazing game! Though the PS3/360 versions look like the way to go though the wii offers realistic controls of the lighsaber, making those combos much more intersting (Besides, if you bought a Wii not expecting any sword games to come out wtf...)
