If you post some previews of your game, and people steal it and use it do we have to the right to tell byond admins to take it down?

If they were asked to take it off, really they have to if you can prove that you made them or have the rights to them.

Generally speaking, no. We don't get involved in disputes of that kind. It'd be potentially different if you had some kind of ironclad proof of ownership, but frankly the effort it would take in advance to secure such proof would be far more than that needed to ensure no one stole your source code.

The sad matter is that if you do not want anything ripped/stolen, do not release it to anyone to see.
Just continue on with your project - because if your project is released and someone likes the graphics, there's no way to stop them from stealing. |
If they were original - I doubt the staff will still pursue the person since they have bigger fish to fry (and more bugs to hammer).
