I made my skin, and it WORKS! For me... but for some reason, for most other people, the screen is zoomed in on them to where they can only see the map, and the edges of the input box and verbs menu.

Sounds like you forgot to set the anchors properly. You should read the skins tutorials over at the Dream Makers guild to see how to set anchors for your elements so they stretch and shrink with the window.

Also, another note. Your monitor's resolution might not be what others can use too. So make it flexible for all sorts of resolutions. Like mine, I made in the standard 1024x768 view and set anchors for everything. However I use 1280x1024 resolution and it works 100% fine.
Every now and then, I'd get someobody complaining about the skin being messed up. Usually relogging will fix that. |

I read the dream makers guide on skins. Thats how i figured out how to make it. Thinks for the resolution note, but how do I change that?

Edit the dimensions of the window to the standard resolution: 1024x768 (width x height)

By resizing how it looks on the screen. When an element (particularly the window element) is selected, it should tell you the size of the window.
Don't forget to set the anchor after resizing! |

I assume that leaving it alone MIGHT be OK but I am the type that would take the extra step to avoid future problems.
