I think it would be worth noting that Slicehost is rather expensive, and you should have some experience with Linux (as well as handling servers in general) before you go with them. Host monster is supposedly decent for it's low price (according to Tiberath, you get what you pay for), as well, by the way.

As for paid hosting, Tiberath might recommend slicehost, which works even for non BYOND related hosting.
If you want to go BYOND specific, you might search up on Zen Enterprise Hosting, or Farawayhost.
