Push Up training + strenght

Hey peeps.

i am quite new with coding but i want to learn it. so thats why i make an new topic about somethin :)

i got an icon thats an Human that can Push up ( in the icon) but how can i put that in the code that he goes push him up and down and that he gain strenght and some exp?

thanks for the code but i got 2 icons one thats push up and the other one is push down.

and what does usr.exp and usr.strenght stand for i got it for src.exp is that the same

how does that work
at least it wont work some how :S even i use it with the giggle and smile and Say verb

its says undefined var

You need to work through the DM manual. You have to be able to understand the basics of what variables are before we can explain anything to you to make sense.
