Well I need to know the RGB for brown so that I can finish iconning, I either need to know the RGB or where its at on the color pallete in the icon editer.
NOTE: I'd figure it out myself but I'm color blind.

I just looked it up at this page, which provides a name, a colour value and an example.
If what they display as brown would suite your vision of brown, I don't know though ;) | |
Yeah, that's not my idea of brown. This site is a great example of the color blind leading the color blind.

Take the primary colours and mix them randomly. That always gave me either brown or purple paint in my art classes.

Wow, I didn't expect so many people to help me; I should've tried this a long time ago cosidering I've tried to find out the RGB for brown about 10 times in the past month alone :S Well thanks to everyone for all your help, I greatly appreciate it.

Are you sure about that?
I thought in GIMP (or was it Photoshop) you could use the paintbrush tool and mix colors around. | |

Just throwing this out there, the Paint program is a better alternative. Just open up where you define custom colors and you can find just the right one.

The colors aren't perfect. "Saddle Brown" is the closest to what I consider brown, but it seems that is up for some debate. Bark and leather are my standards for brown, so as long as it could be bark or brown leather I consider it brown, in which case "saddle brown" fits quite nicely. | |
