why can't u make good graphics with byond?? if u dont know thats ok :)

You can, BYOND just doesn't provide you with all of the tools as other popular image-editing software.

If you take your time using byond tools to create your icon, it will look good. Pick your colors wisely and add lightness or darkness to it. As in the first answer, you can find other programs to use, such as gimp. Then copy and paste in to byond or save it in the same folder as the game.

Why can't my off road car be used for racing on a formula one track? Or, in other words, BYOND was never intended to be a tool for professional artists (and there are already plenty of them that you can use).
Use the software for what it was intended and it works just lovely.
