Not so much a CODE problem, more an image one.

Problem description: This isn't so much a code problem, as said in the tittle, how ever, it is an image problem. I've noticed everytime I'm testing a game, the title screen looks like this

While however, it's supposed to be like so,

I'd really like to know exactly what this problem is. It doesn't seem to be in the code, and it's getting REALLY frustrating!! So please, some one inform me on what this problem is.

As mentioned in the special release notes, you might want to set your world.map_format, or re-add the image.
