My next key will be something along the lines of 'EAGLEEEE' - gotta at least have one letter repeat like my current name. :'(
Surely no one would ever find me with this new key; when I use this forum avatar that has my old key on it, people will just assume NNAAAAHH is my idol, cause he's such a cool guy. Also:  -OR-  I couldn't find the pokemon that actually looks rather close to the 'mock-up' the OP did, but I found two that look close enough. | |
The Game Was Renamed To World Of Monsters
Due to the confusion of the game being about Cube monsters the games name was changed into World of Monsters and a new monster sketch has came in completed in only 3 minutes i show you DarkShadoon. I also changed the games name due to people calling it a unoriginal game just because the name which i just don't understand DarkShadoon might be the star monster for us. The things shown around it might be skills that might be added to the game.  The Monster absorbs enemies souls and sends them to the Dark Realm which makes them never come back CubeDex number: 2 ~Marshmellow  | |
It still isn't original, the issue wasn't with the name it's the concepts. You're ripping off pokemon still. CubeDex? Really?

I've been meaning to comment on this thread, but never got around to it. Anyway, while I don't like the idea in general, I do think you should make the game if it's what you want to do. Leaving the decision of whether or not to make [x] game to the community isn't something I'd recommend.

Where I applaud you for you trying to do an original concept, even if it is only trying to do one based off of another copyrighted concept.
Though I agree that you should take inspiration from what you like and then apply it to coming up with an original concept that doesn't seem like a alternate dimension version of what it is from. Again, I do applaud your efforts. | |
