Poll: Should i make the idea come to life?

I'm a big fan of Pokemon when i came here the first thing i tried was Pokemon games and Naruto games. I then looked at the active original games I noticed only about 10 of them had atleast over 10 players playing it and then i went to the Naruto and Pokemon games. The amount of active servers that have 10 or more players is 15 combined(3 Pokemon 12 Naruto).

Really mad at the fact that there is no attention to Original games and that Anime games get more attention i decided to make a new game called CubeMon the game will be original and it will not have Pokemon icons in it or name of Pokemons. Instead of having Poke balls being thrown at CubeMons it will be Cubes colorful cubes. But to complete the game i need a pixel artist that has a big imagination to create it's own Cubemons i know it's hard to create things that you don't know how to create it but to come up with your own things. I also need a professional programmer myself will also program but i'm a immediate programmer so i need someone aside me to do hard stuff for me.

In the end people that like Pokemon and Original games will like Cubemon.

If you're just making a pokemon game without calling it pokemon, is it a original game? I don't think it is.

It won't be Pokemon. I'm allowed to call a name CubeMon for the reason that Cube and Monsters aren't copyrighted and i'm allowed to use create any battle system i want. When i'm allowed to do those things that means i'm also allowed to create my own monsters it's like falacy did with Monster Kingdom just with custom monsters and a battle system where you actually shoot beams and stuff.

Also like you guys always say get a idea from the game you like and make it original that is what i'm trying to do like you guys always say to people that try to create Naruto and Dragon ball Z games.

You guys don't keep your word well i don't care i'm creating this game and it's going to be original like BYOND stands for Build Your Own Net Dream. Also this shows you guys don't keep your words "If you like a fangame then get ideas from the fangame and make a original game".

On the original-fan game scale, "CubeMons" would certainly be considered a fan game. From what I have gathered, your game would be an exact clone of Pokemon. Based upon the mockup, you will also have the same monsters; they'll just be shaped as cubes.

When trying create an "original" game while using ideas from games you enjoy, it's best to use multiple sources and also have several ideas of your own. At the moment, you have one source and you're taking all of its ideas.

Be inspired by a game, don't clone them.

You don't need anyone's permission to create a game. You simply asked if this idea should come to life, on a public forum, and you got a response from the forum community.

1.The same monsters read carefully i said it will have custom monsters.

2. I never said they were cubes i said the thing that you're going to use to catch a CubeMon is a a Cube.

3.I never said i was going to clone a game and also i can use any battle i want and i don't have a source of Pokemon and it's stupid to actually have a source of pokemon when you can create your own.

4. Actually read the post before creating a comment that is very stupid.

When I was writing my original post, I was responding to your first post which mentioned nothing about the shape of the monsters. So I made the assumption, apparently wrong, that they would be some sort of cubed shaped monster based upon the name. In addition, you had a drawing on the bottom which resembled a Pokemon, although it's a mockup. After I submitted my post, I then saw that you had went on your random rant against yourself. Try re-reading my response. When I say source, I don't literally mean 'source code'. Your source of inspiration is Pokemon and it is your only source. Claiming that you're implementing your own ideas of cubed balls and some different monsters doesn't change the fact that this would still be a clone.

Being that aggressive and rude gets you no where. If you cannot handle all type of comments, it's best not to post on a public forum. I'm not trying to deter you from making your game. I'm telling how it is and it's your job to decide whether or not you'll opt with developing the project. I'm not your target audience, so perhaps it would be better to ask those within the "Monster Catching" community.

Explain to me which pokemon it resembled because i made that by myself in MsPaint.

What happened in season 3?

There is a boy which writes something on a lot of paper about his dream Digimon then one day he leaves his Paper next to his digimon card playing toy thing. The digimon toy starts taking the paper inside of it one by one and then a egg appears in it. I don't remember much i haven't seen it for like 2 or 3 years.
