Much appreciated, everyone. Keep in mind that you don't have to donate to help out financially. You can always add member perks to games to encourage people to help out. And you get some money if they buy so it's win-win.

I owe a lot to BYOND. If it weren't for the tinkering I was doing 7 years ago on those little anime games (I can hardly believe it's been that long), I would never have found a passion for CS, and if I hadn't found a passion for CS, I wouldn't be studying at a top-5 US university today.
I don't really have money to spare between my own business ventures and school (said top-5 university is financially demanding, despite what they call a "full ride"), but if I ever come into vast financial success, BYOND will be among my first thoughts. Tom, if you or Lummox JR ever find yourselves in a position where the work of development is too demanding to do between you, I (along with many others in the community, I'm sure) would be very willing to lend a hand without any expectation of payment. Just reach out; it's the least I or we could/can do. | |

Past what's already been done? I mean, there are free-ads on other sites, many youtube videos about BYOND, and articles floating out there. Nothing big enough to grab the attention of others. Unless there's magically a fund to use on advertising; not much more to do other than continuing to support and attempt to spread the word.
