My friend has used both Yahoo and Gmail domains to try and make an account, but it's not sending him a confirmation email. Is there anything that can be done?

I had to make a change to some email verification stuff earlier today and I think it caused a problem. Have your friend try again in a little bit. It should be good now.

I had him try, and he got the confirmation email! Thank you for the help! :D

Is this issue still going on? My email uses a domain that I own, but I cannot get a confirmation email either by creating a new account or trying to change the email on my existing one.

If you send me a message at [email protected] with your email information I can look into this. If you're not getting emails from BYOND then probably something is misconfigured on your end, like an overzealous filter.
