Using DM to send to Discord Webhook

Problem description:

Essentially,

I want to be able to have things input into the game to also be sent to a discord webhook (Essentially, any GM help tickets submitted in game will also go to the GM Help channel on the Discord)

I know of one game that does this but was unable to figure out how they do it.

You'd likely need to write a DLL for it.

Or just use the Javascript API.

Doesn't support IE9-10 which would make its functionality entirely dependent on the client. It would also be super easy to hijack it.
