Hello there!
I really like your art style and the way you make art. I liked this one too but found few problems. Here are the following: 1. The line-art looks jaggy. 2. Contrasts between light color and the base color lacks a bit. 3. The back of the balbasaur looked weird to me and too out of position. Here is what I made:  I used your art and edited it to reduce the color count and tried fix the flaws I mentioned in your piece. Also, I tried to AA(at which I am newbie myself). I hope this helps!
