Setting off an EMP in the mall, need to adjust the timing to make the flash effect more noticeable when the lights go down.

I like how smooth everything looks. However, I found that video to show very boring combat. The whole time I was waiting for something exciting to happen, but it was the same ol' mash-mash-mash. There's not much to the combat at all.

I'd suggest looking into remedying this, especially for a DBZ game. Boring combat and DBZ don't mix -- unless you intend to make a roleplay game. That blend seems to be a successful one here.

Keep progressing though.

Never once have I seen a half-decent fan game on BYOND besides Naruto GOA though. That's why they get so much hate.
no love for GTA Online?

honestly while it looks a little dated. I can see how maybe a remake of it would draw the attention of byond gamers just like the original did during 2003-2006. GTA is really popular right now, so a game like this on byond with some added features would bring in alot of players. It's piqued the interest of some of the GTA Modders I work with :P

For the people who enjoyed Extinction, I'm sort of re-doing it from the ground up with the title/new-game "DeExtinction". Going to tackle a lot of issues people had with the original and more.

Originally the follow-up was going to be set in an amusement park, and be more of a park simulator experience but I didn't like that direction at the end of the day. Maybe someday I'll revisit that concept.

Still doing the minimal art style because I enjoyed it, and I'm not too great at pixel-art.

Obviously there's some things still needing to be done with it, but overall I like it much more than the original already. Plus it blinks, I just have no idea how to record gifs.

EDIT: Velociraptor comparison as well.

Updates looking good, I would only suggest that if you are shifting away from the harsh outline then do the same for the clothes. Absolute black is a very tricky color to use.
Velociraptor looking good :)

Then: head full of hair
Now: bald

Seems accurate

The "then" picture was when there was a hair system in-game, I just got around to coding in the hair system for the new version a few minutes ago.

Doing it now!

Thanks!
Another tip, contrast. You want the eye to be able to see the difference in color when you use a smaller color pallet.
Dragon Brawl

Comparing the old T-Rex, to the new one. Gonna do a tad more shading work with the new one, but I like it so much more than the crappy old one.

Also has a size-comparison to the player now as well.

Some news in ABS.

This seems to be shaping up pretty well.

Have you thought about Greenlighting this on Steam yet?

Back in the day, my parents wouldn't buy me a GBA so whenever I visited my older cousin, he let me play LoG on his GBA and I had a blast, bro. A blast.

Also, side-story: my other cousin and I who are the same age used to have Pokemon races ( I had Crystal and I think he was playing Gold ) where we would start a new game, play the game for like 2 or 3 hours, and then link our GBs together to see who had the better team. Because I was a sore loser ( and still am ), if he was winning the battle, I would yank his cartridge out of his GBA which would end the battle. Then he'd chase me around, catch me, snatch the GB out of my hand, take the cartridge out and throw it across the room.

Fun times.
Continuing to go off topic, but LoG gets a bad rap. I thought it was awesome when I played it as a kid. Mostly because I was obsessed with DBZ.
Day 9 or 10

I mean, the mechanics were crap, but hey, it's DBZ, it doesn't matter. We'll literally play anything. *looks at the fangame section*

Finally managed to get this working. You are now able to sign in using your http://lofrp.com account.

The AeonCore Client is coming to BYOND!

The AeonCore Client is apart of the AeonCore Platform, which is what all of my future games and services are powered by.

I'm currently planning my next big project, and I plan to self fund up to 400-500 a month when I start. While this may not be a lot in the AAA industry, it's enough to get something big rolling.

Anyways, the AeonCore Client is still in development and I'll release screenshots below.

Upon the initial release of the client, I plan to offer affordable BYOND hosting for the community. The goal is to have a BYOND Hosting Service running through the AeonCore Client, and then work towards integrating some web community / social features into the client after.
