Descriptive Problem Summary:
Hi, so latelly some players on my game have been having a problem with their screen freezing, like they can still talk on chat but their game/map screen is completelly frozen.
I already looked already for a solution for this problem but it seems i hasnt been solved untill now, so i was wondering if someone has any idea
(Sorry if im posting this on the wrong forum section)

In other games? not that i know of
In other user accounts? yes
On other computers? yes

This is an old and ongoing issue; it happens most often with SS13. There's still no reliable way to reproduce it, which is why it hasn't been fixed yet.

I saw somewhere that it could possibly has to do with having alot of Big icon on map ( 128x128 + icon), think that could be the issue?

No. This has happened for a long time, before big icons were even supported.
