Got bored aftering playing dragon age, started iconning and ended up spending like 6 hours working on these. Just some works in progress. Dragon and Base Attempts(South State Only).

Update:

Update 2:

Dragon is epic, it needs sone veins through the wings though.
I agree about the dragon. The hips of the base seem a little odd, as well. This may not be a problem if you plan on covering that with clothing at all times, but otherwise it's a little too bone-like? As if skin is just covering the bone. Hard to say, really. Just seems odd.

The head is questionable, it may be slightly wide, but could work fine with hair; so I would look into that. These icons look great overall, though.
Thanks for the advice guys. I attempted to improve the shape of the head. Let me kno if this works out better. Added some hair as well.

Nice. The head should definitely work then, and I like that hair. I forgot to ask about the feet, though. Were you trying for that angle? It's fine if you were, but they seem kind of like the guy is standing on his tip-toes. I do like that they're not as flat as most are, though.
slight update. havent been able to do much cuz of my work schedule. Changes made to the head. Repositioning of Eyes and Ears. My first attempt at a female base. And an armor test as well.

The base in full armor and such looks great. The only problem I see with that is whatever that thing is sticking out from behind his left leg. Could be a bit of a problem since I can't even tell what it is.

The female base looks okay, but it may need a slightly larger/clearer bust depending on how it looks with a bra and/or clothes/armor on. The arms seem a bit too much like bent sticks. May be better off leaving them the same as the guy with this size, if not consider adding more shape.

In conclusion the females legs also seem slightly odd.A little chubby maybe, but the shaping seems good. All in all I would say you're doing very well. I'm just trying to provide as much constructive criticism as I can.
I appreciate all the constructive criticism. Im still rather new to iconning. Apart from some high school art classes i havent had any real teaching on this sorta thing. Just kinda learning as I go.
