help i need help when i use my account new making new account does not work' the white tab does not pop up,but when i use guest it works, so can some help me get my accoun to work ok

I moved this to website problems, but I'm not sure if you really were talking about the software. Can you be more specific as to what's happening, what steps you're following, etc.? Without details no one can help you.

If it's something in the game itself, then it could be a problem with the game. It's also possible that you're joining the game as a guest, which would mean there is a problem with your firewall. I need way more information than you're giving me. Take me through the steps you're taking to join the game, what you're seeing vs. what you expect to see, and do so in as much detail as you can. I still don't know what you're referring to. You're going to have to go in a lot more depth. Let me be blunt: You need to reply with something longer than a Twitter message. This is a forum; you have the space to be wordy and descriptive, and you need to do so. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but even a hundred words would go a long way toward helping me understand your issue.
To me this sounds just like a problem in a single game, not in all games, which would make it something you'd have to ask the author about. But if this happens in more than one game, it would help me to understand exactly what's happening (or perhaps more accurately, what's not happening) if you could give it a lot more detail across the board. | |

You actually have to upload those files somewhere for me to see them; I can't view them on your hard drive. If you don't have a place to upload the screenshots, a better description would be a good idea. However I also need to know if this impacts any other games at all, as it's still possible this could only be an issue with that one game.

this affect all the game, first u need to know what i mean by white box white box is like a bow which u can type stuff or click a option, when u know what a white box is then i think u can understand what im saying
