Because way too many icons were being marked as private. If you don't want to actually SHARE the icons then don't upload them to IconShare

....Why not apply meh Idea! o_O Type in the Key names in the private thingy, and only those keys can get the iconzz??

Maybe Add a HU2 section? And icons uploaded there are only for you(for hu2).
