ALTIMIT OS

I finally got my hands on Altimit's OS theme, for my cpu. http://skuggarav.deviantart.com/ Is the site to download it and you need to get yourself DesktopX. Yeah I know its not the best thing but its alot more fun than looking at boring windows all the time.

As I am unable to access the site on my school computer I need to know what OS this is for.

Windows XP.
(By the way, that dosen't look very much like ALTIMIT OS, it's too "advanced", the original ALTIMIT OS wasn't very useful for a desktop environment anyway]

Still it is alot more interesting than the normal Window's Theme
