FullScreen Game - In a way that the user grabs the transparent thing and cant move it, cause they still can (Alt, Ctrl, Delete) to get out of it/restart computer, and all that, and it would be useful to make it so it cant be moved...
Use winset(src,"windowid","is-maximized=true") to maximize the window. You can prevent resizing by ticking this off in the Options of the window.

Actually, i dont think u get wat i meen.....
When there is nothing placed there on the map, that can be used to move the fullscreen dialog around on the screen, making ur start menu and such visible, but the thing keeps the dimensions, and its not resized, its just moving....

You need a close button to have a bar at the top of a window.

It's kinda hard to understand what you're saying, actually.

i dont want the bar, or the close button, i want a verb and such to exit the ds window and such....

Just disable the title bar and the status bar and it'll look like a full screen game(well not unless you have auto-hide task bar set to off if you are using a Windows OS).

well, um, im not talking about that, my game is already fullscreen, so i need a thing that will close a fullscreen game without just dissconnecting them, just as file>>quit would.

read my post on the other thread. Why do you make so many posts that are all related to each other? Closing people out is NOT that hard. Just make a macro/button that have a .quit as the command.
