anyone know how to contact the byond staff? i got a hacker problem

Before we give you the support page, how is this person "hacking" you?

And in case you didn't know, BYOND admins are pretty much not responsible for in-game issues (unless it was explisively caused by the DM/DS and not the programming code)

this guy is code banned.....he logs in with the same banned key he has full owner verbs he chnages everyones name i dont know how and there wasnt any -User changes users name to User-
so im like wtf? he sees me get on and he ip bans me and the other gms that are on

Check your code, there may be an exception to his key.. and check how the verbs are given, maybe you missed something that you didnt saw from the rip or the poorly program code before (assuming here)
