Oh.. I was saying that the current 'Naruto Generation' don't type in English, not that the members from other non-english speaking countries don't. I only just realised it would be read like that.

As much as I'd like to believe that on the whole, Americans are idiot morons, I'm inclined to think it's more about statistics. There's more yanks here than the rest of the world, so there's bound to be more morons. Take Australia- I only know of about 3 australian BYONDers- including Crispy and Jp. That's a fairly good track record for Australia's presence on BYOND right there. But I bet if every australian used BYOND we'd be cursing the day we ever shipped those criminals out of Britain. :p On the other hand, take Android Data. He's european and hell- regardless of whether you think he's intelligent or not, he easily ranks up there as one of the most infamous BYONDers. | |
Why are u guys making big fuss everytime you see a Naruto game up in the ranks? The Ranks dont mean anything. It's doesnt mean the game is good from a typical "Developer's" point of view as u can say.
Nobody claimed it was original nor did i rubbed this into everyone's face like Goditz did. It's not like i am making money off of it. If i was, yes i deserve to get fired at for making profits off such a game that people dont consider it 100% original which i can understand. What was the point of this post? If you guys were referring me as a 12y/o i don't see how that metaphor can't go towards you guys. Remember, Ranking doesnt mean anything, just let it go, and hope Byond staff will figure something out. Mayb they can just delete all Naruto, dbz or any other game that Developers consider it a rip and that will make me feel better. | |

The players have a right to have a hub for their game even if it is a rip or not. It is getting annoying to me that everyone is complaining about these rips. It isnt the rips that are messing up the BYOND community, it is the people who are going into games, pinging them, spamming, and complaining. | |
Well then i guess a portion of "developer's" community feel that these rips play a role in Byond as a whole.
If you look at new Byond"ers", most of them are here in Byond to play Naruto, DBZ games. If it were for these games, Byond would'nt be as big as this. Most of the supporters only paid $15 to get in-game features. Even from Naruto Chronology, there were tons of players bought membership for that small stats boost... >.> Flaming at the "rips" arent going to fix anything. Also, you guys have to realize that Byond isnt mainly for professinals. Ripping indicates a lack of professinalism which i personally abused when i first joined Byond. If Byond really want to prevent rips and "risk" (?) (i am assuming) losing those Naruto and DBZ players, then they can confirm the game before the owner can publictize it. I wonder what Byond staffs think about these games and its contribution to Byond as a whole? >.> Any1 know? | |
