A DS version of Hentai Hill comes to mind as a bad touch screen idea.

Nintendo deserves about as much credit for the pointer as Sony does for analog stick positioning. EVERY SINGLE GAME uses the touch screen in some manner, and they have yet to do it in a manner that is BAD as you put it. Alot of 3D games have a invisible, digital analog stick on the screen, so if you don't like the D-Pad, you can put your thumb on the screen, and its just like an analog stick, it takes some getting work to, but it works out great. Pokemon Dash is a raceing game that uses nothing but touch screen. Wario War Touched is a collection of mini games where you touch, rub, blow and yell your way to victory (due the mic) Kirby's Canvas is a game where you use the stylus to move Kirby around and destorye enimies.. And then to boot, most games even have a option to to even use touch screens if you don't want to. Which means there is at least 2 different forms of input (not including the mic) for a single game. The touch screen worked out just great, and I dont know where you get your information. I read last week that the NDS is still beating the Sony PSP in sales. |

I never mentioned any thing about sales, or the PSP. I just said that the DS could be doing alot better, and could be utilizing the Touch screen better than what they're doing right now.

Yes, we do. It worked out quite well. To the critics, me, or the public eye, no. I have to disagree with that. I don't even own a DS and I've seen creative uses of the touch screen (watching my friend play). There was one (mini?)game involving Yoshi where you had to circle enemies with the stylus to remove them from the playing field. I call that pretty creative. (The same game also had you blowing into the microphone as another form of control, which was a great little touch. I forget what it was for exactly - blowing away clouds or some such.) Watching a game and playing a game are two different things, that's like watching your friend play a power rangers game and think it's cool, but when you play it it's not as cool as you first thought it was. How is it actually possible to use a touch screen BADLY, anyway? What constitutes "bad use of the touch screen"? Read my post, Poor Compatability. |

and Sony could try something innovative.
I personally think Nintendo integrated the touchscreen very well. If you think you could do better, or have suggestions, why not tell them? They would actually listen. |

He thought it was pretty cool too. I commented on the subject and he agreed. Read my post I did. Poor Compatability. Which you still haven't actually defined OR given examples of. Just saying "poor compatibility" doesn't count as an explanation. How can compatibility be poor when every DS game out there uses the touch screen?! Duh! |

Besides, I read in a magazine recently that the Nintendo DS is very easy to develope for.
Divine is just being Divine. Id say what that is, but this is a public forum. |

All of my DS games use the touchscreen, which is about 10. There's somewhere near only 50 DS games out, which ones have you been playing?

You keep saying stuff like this without giving any information or support. Also, I hope you're not trying to use the Touch screen for a GBA game >.> |

The games i've played, the only thing you could use the Touch screen for, was a map, which i hardly paid any attention to.

Those games had fun uses of the stylus, but you haven't provided a bad use of it. =p
