How Do I Create a Login Screen?

Umm , Hi Im a first time develepor , Ive got most of the things ready , i just dont know how to create a cool Title Screen , Thanks in advance.

Make different turfs with Click() proc on it
Place it somewhere on the map
When a new player logs in, warp him in the middle of the login screen.

You would need to run the new char proc on Click().
