What would be a good, don't really know what it's called, but it creates a map of the world and then plots where peolpe that are connected are accessing from? I think this would be a nifty tool for me to have if anyone could find it for me thanks.

gah- have you tried google? i found 6 programs, half of them are for free, one of them is browser based.
try these keywords: graphical traceroute, graphical ping, geographical traceroute, geographical ping, visualroute. |

It was a joke, fool. You were asking around for an "IP tracer" which sounds like 100% fiction. I mean, you sound like someone who just played Uplink and wanted to be an uber l33t hax0r in real life.

They do exist. Just most are not available to the public and those that are are very expensive.
