If I am going to post a question about HTML coding would it belong here, in Q and A, or in code problems? Seeing as it is a form of code. Or maybe it doesn't belong in either of those and it should go in Off Topic perhaps...

These forums aren't intended for that at all. You should find forums related to HTML and post there.

Unless it's a question about incorporating HTML in your BYOND code. In that case put general questions in Newbie Central, specific questions about existing code in Code Problems, or questions about theory and posible applications in Design Philosophy.

No no no, it is about incorperating HTML into Byond. Just not in the gaming matter. I am trying to fix a problem with the HTML im using on my biwicki page, I have the code, but it's very long, so Ill just post on newbie central or go on chatters.

Things that aren't related to BYOND should be posted in Off Topic. But you'd always be better off finding a forum relating specifically to the problem you want an answer to.
