Wouldn't work on Bink... no other talents can be used to harm him. The universe will re-write itself, if necessary, to prevent such things.

Point also remains that the information I provided is all available, readily and visibly, within the first freakin' chapter of that book. =P

I believe Binks talent was he couldn't die, correct? He can die (someone chasing him down with a longsword could easily cleave him in two) -- he just can't be harmed by certain things. |

I've never played D&D games. This is just stuff I've read about. Then you're missing a whole world of RPG-ness! Take a look through your favorite P2P search engine and snag a few AD&D ebooks. You'll be hooked in no time... My self, I moved away from AD&D to GURPS - a bit more basic in the stats and combat system, which forces you and the GM to do more role-playing... Both systems are something I think everyone should experience at least once or twice - then there wouldn't be so many DBZ games here... :) |
No, I find D&D-like things to be just the type of game I want to avoid: mindless hack and slash, blanketed by a weak plot. Basically, they're games that center around the kind of stuff I don't want to get involved in. Violent, often demonic and otherwise perverted... Depends on who you'd play with, of course, but the overall theme doesn't change.

In my day we had a really good crowd that got to use a hobby-shop backroom every weekend. There was the occasional hack-n-slash, true, but most of the time we had really good adventures, often connecting one with another into a decent story line. You must have experience a bad crowd, or something... |

Um... seduction. Now don't be bashful, dear. Everyone's seen your photo in Bwiki, and are suitably impressed (and not just the fact that there are actually women in BYOND)... well atleast the warpaint on your face was attractive in a primal sort of way... :) |

This does go under design philosophy because I'm making a game where everyone is born with a unique talent/ability... |

Um... seduction. I suspect you have great untapped strength in that area, but it can only properly manifest itself in a small Midwestern industrial city. |
