I don't need to be stronger than anyone. I have no use for fighting, or proving myself over anyone. I have very few, if no enemies at my school. I have my central group of friends, yet I don't cause problems with anyone else, so I can be friendly with others as well.

Yore weak? Aren't you? I can tell that. You don't know the great feeling of being fit; or the insanely gratifing feeling of knowing that youre the strongest person.

I went through a long weight lifting phase a while back. I got fairly strong from that. I still do train a little bit, but just so I don't turn into a giant ball of flab.

DBZ? No my friend, it's more then that. I just want to be stronger then PJ. He....he always is stronger then me.... i lost the great fight.... he beat me, i threw him into the ground, but he still won... this is no dbz, it's my desire to become stronger then my enemy, PJ.

Cool! Yeah, my friends and I are trying to become stronger then eachoter. (no, we don't watch DRagonball Z) Even though we are friends, PJ and I fought just to see who would win; after an exhausting fight, he got me in a nech lock and he made me pass out.

Yes it will. DO you know that people die because they are weak? I mean, the main reason people die is due to the fact that they are not physically fit. So how do you think it won't help me? I intend to work out my whole life, and I will live much longer then you. You will die at the age of 50 of a heart attack.

People also die from over using their body, which you seem to be doing. I can lift my body weight and more, and I'm 175 pounds, I didn't get that way from working my body all the time, that can cause serious problems to you. I really suggest toning it down a bit before you hurt yourself, strength doesn't come from being able to lift alot of weight, it comes from being able to use your body correctly when you need to.

No, youre wrong. Im 130, and it's not just lifting weights; its being able to sustain lifting weights. I was only kidding about the wierd training, i only did it once just for fun, safe, healthy working out is great. you can't die from healty work out.

You just proved that you don't have a 16 inch cep by saying that, since it takes a straining workout for a few years to even get that large. Also, if you were that muscular, you would be more about 160-170 but thats only if your that muscular and about 5'5''.

well thats the sick thing, at first, i worked out too much for 4 months, and all i did was curl, every day, for hours; thus my huge biceps. so im kinda dis proportional. my abs suck, and so do all of my leg muscles. i really should have done a balanced workout

Shouldn't you be in bed for your next "exercise time". I mean it sounds pretty stupid to be up at night on the computer so they next day you can exercise all day and then get on the computer till 3 am, then get 2 hours of sleep, wake up and exercise all day. It sounds to me like you should be dead, like most stupid people.
