Why don't you tone down all the stats into reasonable numbers?
Enemies don't have to have billions of attack to look strong, just make them stronger than the players would be at the point in which they would encounter them.

So basically what I'm saying is: tone down all stats and your numbers can be more exact.

Divide all your stats by a million so they become reasonable.
Make that +2 Attack equipment really helpful! (:
