Well i am having some problems with my connection, and i know that most people here are very knowledgeable about these kinds of problems. So what happens is sometimes my internet has these short disconnections from the internet and can not figure out what the problem is. I restarted my router and even reinstalled it to all the computers i have connected to it. (4 running through hard lines) I even went as far as ask my internet provider if any other people in my area have this problem they said no.
I have even ran all anti virus, spam, and cleaned my computers to the fullest it can be. 2 computers are brand new dells and the other 2 are hybrids i built from the ground up. One is up to date with the latest graphics card ect.
Anyone have a solution or have had this problem before.I have been driving myself crazy thinking of all possibilities to what is causing this problem but have not found out what is going on.
There is no messages of cut off it just cuts off for about 5 mins then it comes back on . Also i have tryed those techy forums and no reply i had the tread bumped and kept in site for a week

It also depends on how frequently it happens, if it's less than once every twelve hours or so you may be having an IP refresh, some ISP's don't allow you to hold a single IP for more than 12-48 hours.

I did notice such outages were more common in times where I had a lot of traffic. Perhaps that's also a place you can look.
