How to make an Hub

It tells you in there, the actual hub creation on the server and how to program the address in, so when the game is hosted, it is shown.

Maybe you are getting the term "hub" mixed up with another term, such as "HUD"?
Hub = basically the BYOND page about the game
HUD = Heads-Up Display (or something like that), which is like having objects on the screen.
