I'm just stopping in to introduce myself. It's been a long time. I use to post around here under the name, "Ebonshadow." Just thought I'd check to see how everybody was doing.
I'm doing really well. I haven't programmed in a long time, but as you might have guessed, I intend to soon.
I have a nice little recording studio set up now. I still do freelance game music, so let me know if you're interested. My style ranges from synth/techno to heavy metal, and alot in between.
Expect to hear more from me soon!

I thought I recognized the name. Good to see you're back. You'll be pleased to know BYOND v4.0 is out, and you've got a ton of new stuff to learn about DM. =P

I see that! I have a lot of plans for things to work on. Ironically, none of them are games!
|
Hows it going. If you are interested, I'm working on a new episode of "The Scoob Show" and am looking for BYOND user created music, so if you have any you'd like featured, feel free to get in contact with me (DBulloch c/o Bluepcsolutions on the "com" top-level domain).
Besides that, welcome back. Planning on staying a while? |

Thanks. I plan on releasing a few libraries of game music, but for the most part I just plan to take requests. Not sure about pricing or anything yet. It just depends on how in depth the project is and how much music is needed.
I'm planning on starting a few really interesting projects of my own! |

I wondered where you went. =)
It seems like just about every one of us gets fed up with his/her pseudonym and switches to a name based from their real name when they hit adulthood... |

I had to 1up all those who try. Gug really likes to work hard to hid his email, so I had to go one better than that.

Pfft, that never happens.

Yeah, but at least we all had cool pseudonyms.

Heh <_< My name started as my real name xD Not really out of anything but laziness to pick a cool pseudonym. I've later had two or three.... or seven, but this has always pretty much been my main key.

Some of us just keep whichever name we started with because that's the name everybody knows and the one that has all the extra BYOND frills with it.

My keyname has been based on my name since I joined, in 2002. When I was 13. Am I ahead of the curve? :P

Welcome back!
I'm planning on starting a few really interesting projects of my own! How about finishing Kapture 2? Or starting Kapture 3? Kapture is, and probably always will be, my favourite BYOND game of all time. |

Welcome back! I still think about all the things I wanted to do with that game sometimes ;). Actually, right now, I'm think about putting together some libraries and finally finishing up the series of MUDlib libraries I was releasing (just to get me back in the habit of coding and seeing what I need to work on). I could reinvent Kapture again, but that would be boring. I'm excited to start experimenting with a few programming concepts that have been in my head for a while. |
