increase icon size?

Can I make 1 Icon the size of 50 x 50 icons?
Stretch the image I mean.

I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure not. What you can do is replicate it 50 times if it's a turf, and I know there is a way to connect different icons together, but I haven't done that yet.
