BYOND Client Sound Option

An option to disable the sounds in the BYONd Client (Pager ect) needs to be added so that you can disable the sounds that it plays (for updates and games coming on and pager people ocming on).

File > Preferences > Alert

woops :P Looked at that and figured it was just if you wanted to change them to a different sound :P
