i was dling music (with limewire and then something strange happened...i have a pop up blocker and it says its on but now pop ups come on constantly(it worked well before i dld something dunno what it was) and every 5 seconds after i close limewire it keeps poping up and logging me back in..i dunno what to do its very annoying(also something on my destop dld without my permission called freeprodtb and it wont delete) what should i do?

ya it didnt work lol it slowed it down a bit so it doesnt do it as often but it still does it like every 8 seconds now..

Well thats a start, now to use some anti-spyware programs.
start here: http://www.superantispyware.com/ and if you have windows XP, download windows defender microsofts own antispyware program. | |

Adaware: [Big long download.com link] Between those two, you should be all fixed up. Make sure to update them first, because Spybot comes with almost no definition files at first, and Adaware may be out of date. I can't verify all the programs people have mentioned, But I know that SpyBot and Adaware are clean and safe. | |
