I love Star Trek. =)

Hello. I'm Data. I'm an Android, and I'm sitting in front of my computer in the USS Enterprise typing a message and typing 47 words per second.

I would like to give a big "hello" to the BYOND community. Is it okay if I learn something while on the way?

Hello Data the Android =)

You'd think if you were typing 47 words per second you're message would be a hell of a lot longer =)

That's the point: I don't type a lot.
I like star trek too, but you'd figure an artificial man with the knowledge and processing power of a super computer would be able to type at a higher rate than a majority of web junkies.

I mean I average 65 WPM, but then again I was introduced to computer gaming through the world of mudding using only Hyper Terminal to connect.

Oh and by the way, I like the whole "Data" in binary touch to your signature.
We're not into furries.

I said I was able to type 47 words per second, not minute.

How do you know how much time he spent posting that message? It could have taken one second. =)

Welcome, Data!

Oh, well then my mistake.

Then again, that'd be pretty terrible to type that fast. I work with this guy who's averaging about 110-120 WPM and he tends to freeze up certain programs sometimes, especially a web browser, it's pretty inconvenient.

It's cool to just look over and see him typing and it appearing on the screen a letter or two later than he finished it.
But you blew yourself up in Star Trek: Nemesis! How are you here!?!?!?

He obviously uploaded himself to the internet right before it happened. It's all the rage, Sarm. Get with the times ;)
