i would like to know who was kind enough to donate a byond membership to me(i cannot look because the email adress i have for my key cannot be acessed because it isnt an updated email adress)

Have you tried to request a password change? If you're lucky, whoever took your key (if that's indeed what happened) may not have remembered to change the email address and you can get a new password. Failing that, I suppose you could try filling out a support form.

On another note, good heavens is this thing hidden out of the way. You'd think you could find a link to it immediately after clicking "Help Center" but you still have to fish through another page to find it. :/

That's been brought up over and over. The feeling I get is that Tom/Lummox/whoever doesn't like responding to support form messages and, in order to alleviate the duty, hides the link to the support form.

Nah, nobody minds dealing with those issues, although sometimes it is difficult to piece a sequence of events together.

Yeah, like during the summer, I found a big BYOND exploit that for some reason, didn't get fixed I think. I don't think you guys took it seriously >.>

I think I know the one you're talking about, but the truth is we had too little to work with there. Nobody could reproduce it. I think there's a chance that may have been dealt with, but it can't hurt to bring some more attention to it.

Well I'm thinking if this has been dealt with it's in the newer versions, not a current release. However I do think it's worth reporting again.

Do you know if there are any plans on making the support form easier to access? I think it'd look quite snug if tucked right under the Faq list right when you click on Help Center. :)
